He Is Risen!

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Today, today, this most glorious day, we celebrate the most important gift ever given in the history of the world. Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, overcame the grave and was restored to life! He succumbed to death and endured it, that we will never need to know its sting. He overcame the grave and returned to us, that we may know the Power of Our God to be greater than all things here on Earth. He is our Rock and our Redemption; We are renewed and made whole in Him. The words of Romans 6:8-11 speak to a promise that we each may embrace and cherish throughout our Earthly lives; "Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him."

In the Glory of Your Resurrection, Lord, we know this world to be temporary for us; through the unending promise of Your Salvation, we will live in an eternity of jubilation and bliss with You. Our hearts belong to You, Jesus, and in all the days of our lives we will praise and worship Your Compassion and Your Mercy. The Power and the Glory of all creation belong to You. With the choirs of angels, with all the Saints and the Hosts of Heaven, our jubilant voices sing forth with every ounce of joy in our hearts "Christ Jesus is Risen from the grave! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! He is Risen indeed!"
