Gift of Life

The ultimate kindness we hear in the words of Luke 23:34 rings just as true today as it did the day Jesus spoke them upon the Cross. When He said "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do" He was speaking on behalf of each and every one of us. Now, just as then, we need His Guidance, we need His Love, and we need His Compassion.

God gave us this miraculous gift of life, that with it we should honor and worship and adore Him by loving each other as He loves us. God sacrificed His Own Son there on the Cross, that we can truly know how deeply He cares for every one of us; how much He wants us to return to Him and share in the splendor of the Eternal Heaven that awaits. Through Grace he paid the ultimate price, that we may begin our lives anew in Him. God's Mercy knows no bounds!
