Lenten Devotionals written by 9 area Pastors
This is a collaborative effort between 9 pastors representing 6 different congregations and 4 different denominations or traditions. Many of the pastors represented in this devotional participate in a weekly “text-study,” in Coeur d’Alene, where pastors preaching from the Revised Common Lectionary gather to study in community prior to preaching on the following Sunday. Such community Bible studies exist because disciples of Jesus recognize that when we study scripture in community with others, whose views are not identical to our own, we develop a deeper more robust understanding of who God is, who we are, and who we are in relationship to God. We commend the Bible’s book of Esther to you as a miraculous account of how every-day people of God are called to do extraordinary things in the face of daunting cultural difficulties. Each day features a scriptural passage and commentary for reflection.

Kids Club At Home Activities
At Home Bags
Families can stop at church and pick up "At Home" bags. The bags will have stories, games, crafts, and reminders of God's awesome love for them. The bags will be on the Kids Club sign-in station on Wednesday mornings. Please come in and pick one up for each child!
Fleece Blankets to Tie
We are tying fleece blankets for the Idaho Humane Society. If anyone in your house needs to keep their hands busy for some animals in need, come grab a blanket from the basket at Trinity, finish tying, bring back and repeat! All blankets will be brought to the Humane Society.
At Kids Club, we color big posters with great messages and hang them up around the church. They are awesome. I have more of those posters. There will be some by bags and blankets if your family would like to work on one. Keep it or bring it back to the church to hang up. Around here, I have found that coloring together provides the space for great conversations. I invite you to try it too. Prayers for great family time in the midst of social distancing,
